Recognising and changing disruptive and dysfunctional behaviours.
Strengthening self-esteem and establishing positive and constructive self-talk.
Creating change, which is congruent and successful in the reality which is your day to day life.
The process tends to see results in weeks rather than months (as is the case with many other conventional and alternative therapies). It also focuses on personal empowerment. You define your goals. You illuminate and overcome obstacles. You create a personal tool kit to change your situation.
Both Children and Adults can benefit from these techniques. Individual sessions are designed to complement individual’s religious and spiritual beliefs and lifestyle choices.
Massage. I have been lucky enough to have had many teachers; because of this I have been able to develop an effective and relaxing remedial massage session which includes reflexology and relaxation techniques. A full body massage tends to take around an hour and half, however an effective treatment tends to take precedence over time.
Reiki. Is ancient form of hands on healing reignited in Japan in the early 20th century and spread to the west via Hawaii. At its essence is the channelling of the life force (sometimes called Chi or Ki) through one person to another. Benefits Range from simple relaxation to the improvement and eradication of serious physical, mental and emotional ailments. Effective treatments can be done on people, animals, situations, places and over vast distances. It is non-invasive and will complement any other form of conventional or alternative therapy
